Dr. Scheherazade Perkins is a world-class speaker and author, who has been embraced by audiences across the United States, Canada and Europe. She holds a PHD in Leadership and Organizational Change from Grand Canyon University, Master of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management/Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from St. Edward’s University, and an Associate Degree in Chemical Technology from Texas State Technical College. Following a successful career with IBM, she started her business as a management consultant, trainer and business developer. As a consultant, her primary focus was small and mid-sized businesses and her specialty was performance optimization through effective people management. As a SCORE counselor and business coach for the Austin Capital City Chamber of Commerce, she provided technical business counseling to new and small business owners on a host of business start-up/business management topics to ensure their successful transition as entrepreneurs.
